Elizabeth Toward (née Robyn Ludwig), an ACFC West member, and IATSE Local 891 permittee, has been a script and continuity supervisor in the B.C. film and television industry since 2016. She has worked on the feature films It Lives Inside (2022) and Summer of 84 (2018) for Brightlight Pictures, and Margaux (2021) and Heatwave (2021) for Motion Picture Corporation of America; on the TV series Alaska Daily, When Calls the Heart, and Creepshow; and on over thirty television movies for Disney, Hallmark Channel and Lifetime.

Elizabeth holds a Master of Film and Literature (2011) from the University of York, U.K. She has served on the Board of Directors of Reel to Real: A Celebration of Moving Images for Youth Society since 2005; TELUS Local Content Community Advisory Board since 2022; and ACFC Executive Council as the Continuity Department Representative since 2023. She is currently Co-Director of the Vancouver Short Film Festival.

Government Cheese Creative Services is the company Elizabeth founded in 2004, to provide fund development services to the arts and cultural sector. To date, over $1 million has been raised in government grants and corporate sponsorship, for film festivals, media arts organizations, and independent media artists. Elizabeth has a successful track record in securing funding from the Department of Canadian Heritage - Arts Presentation Canada, Canada Council for the Arts, British Columbia Arts Council, City of Vancouver Office of Cultural Affairs, Telefilm Canada, Creative BC, and TELUS Fund.
